Refund On Products (WordPress Themes, Plugins, and Services)

We have the following refund policies:

Before Buying:

  • Please visit product details and our demo site at https://wpfrank.com/demo/ before purchasing.
  • We do not offer refunds for accidental or mistaken purchases.
  • Feature Misunderstanding: Refunds will not be granted for the absence of features that were never explicitly promised on our product page or shown in the live demo. We expect customers to verify all features via the demo sites before completing their purchase.
  • “Not as Expected” / Change of Mind: As our products are non-tangible digital goods, we do not offer refunds if you find the product is “not what you need,” “not a good fit,” or if you simply change your mind after the purchase.
  • Pre-Purchase Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their hosting environment and project requirements match the plugin’s specifications. If you are unsure about a feature, we recommend contacting our support team before buying.

Refund Requests:

  • We cannot provide direct refunds without any proof.
  • You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have a valid reason for not using the product.

Support Issues:

  • If you asked for support and we couldn’t resolve your issue in time, you can request a refund.
  • No refunds will be given if you switch to another plugin/theme during support.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within one week after your request is confirmed. In rare cases, it might take longer, and you will be notified by the admin.

Conflict with Other Products:

  • Refunds will not be given if the product conflicts with active themes, other plugins, or third-party products.
  • Refunds will not be given on the modified code of the purchased themes and plugins.

Bundle Purchases:

  • No refunds for plugin/theme bundles or 5 Website / 10 Website / Multiple Website License purchases.

Discounted Purchases:

  • Purchases made at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.
