Refund On Products (WordPress Themes, Plugins, and Services)

We have the following refund policies:

Check Before Buying:

  • Please visit product details and our demo site at https://wpfrank.com/demo/ before purchasing.
  • We do not offer refunds for accidental or mistaken purchases.

Refund Requests:

  • We cannot provide direct refunds.
  • You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have a valid reason for not using the product.

Support Issues:

  • If you asked for support and we couldn’t resolve your issue in time, you can request a refund.
  • No refunds will be given if you switch to another plugin/theme during support.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within one week after your request is confirmed. In rare cases, it might take longer, and you will be notified by the admin.

Conflict with Other Products:

  • Refunds will not be given if the product conflicts with active themes, other plugins, or third-party products.
  • Refund will not be given on the modified code of the purchased themes, and plugins.

Bundle Purchases:

  • No refunds for plugin/theme bundles or 5 Website / 10 Website / Multiple Website License purchases.

Discounted Purchases:

  • Purchases made at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.
