By accessing and using HomeFix Pro's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

HomeFix Pro is a platform that connects homeowners with qualified technicians for home repair and maintenance services. We facilitate the connection between customers and service providers but are not directly responsible for the services performed.

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our consent

HomeFix Pro acts as an intermediary between customers and independent service providers. We do not employ the technicians and are not responsible for their actions, work quality, or any damages that may occur during service provision. All service agreements are directly between you and the service provider.

Payment terms include:

• Service fees are determined by individual service providers
• Platform fees may apply for booking services
• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers
• Refund policies vary by service provider
• Disputed charges should be reported within 30 days

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HomeFix Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

HomeFix Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
